Providing customer support in German and English via phone and email    Giving information about reservations, availability, and service rules    Supporting customers in solving ongoing issues related to their stay    Ensuring a positive user experience through professional and empathetic communication    Meeting the quality and performance targets set for the team    Actively participating in training and onboarding to reach full independence quickly    Working with the team and supervisors to improve customer service processes
