We are looking for a skilled IT Tester to join our team immediately. This is a freelance/contract (B2B) opportunity starting ASAP and running until the end of June.

You will be working in a 100% remote capacity, embedded within an Agile environment. The project focuses on quality assurance for software solutions, requiring close collaboration with developers and product owners to ensure high standards of stability and performance.

Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, combined with good German skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Tester or QA Engineer.
• Methodology: Strong experience in manual testing with a solid understanding of common testing methods.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SQL is required.
• Tools: Confidence in using Jira and Confluence for bug tracking and documentation.
• Workflow: Proven experience working in Agile environments, ideally using the Scrum framework.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, combined with good German skills.
• Soft Skills: You must have an analytical and structured working style, along with strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Have (Desirable):

• Experience in test automation using common tools (e.g., Selenium, SOAP UI, or comparable).
• Experience in API testing.
• ISTQB certification.
• Familiarity with the Karate testing framework.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with automated regression testing.
• Experience working in distributed or international teams.
