Czym będziesz się zajmować?

You will:
  • Lead end‑to‑end SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementations, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Drive the master data governance strategy, covering data models, workflows, validation rules, ownership structures, and governance processes.
  • Conduct business workshops for requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and process design across multiple MDG domains.
  • Manage cross‑functional delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, data architects, and integration specialists.
  • Oversee configuration, workflow (BRF+), UI modeling, replication, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and non‑SAP systems.
  • Lead data migration strategy, including cleansing, validation, mapping, and cutover execution.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile methodologies and internal PMO standards.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder alignment through Steering Committee meetings and leadership updates.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Support user training, change management, and knowledge‑transfer activities.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have:
  • 8–15+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years managing SAP MDG programs and 10+ years of project management.
  • Strong knowledge of MDG domains such as Material, BP/Customer/Vendor, Finance, and EAM.
  • Hands‑on understanding of data models, workflows, BRF+, UI modeling, replication, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience delivering global or multi‑country SAP programs and working in enterprise data governance environments.
  • Strong project management capabilities — PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of master data processes, MDM/MDG frameworks, and data quality management.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, BODS/SLT, Information Steward, and migration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and risk‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed global environments.
  • High ownership, accountability, and a structured project‑delivery mindset.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in regulated industries or large‑scale enterprise transformations.
  • Background in data governance tooling or enterprise data quality platforms.
