## Opis stanowiska

Well, our Client offers just that ☺︎  You will join a global engineering team working on a  time-sensitive regulatory project . The goal is simple (but not easy): replace manual operational work with solid automation so key services can recover within strict regulatory timelines.  What you will do:   Automating manual operational processes that support critical business services  Designing and building reliable, high-performance automation used in real recovery scenarios  Working closely with product engineering and operations teams to understand processes end to end  Writing automation that is secure by default, including secrets handling and least-privilege access  Monitoring and improving automation performance, with room for unexpected scenarios  Automating not only processes, but also tests that validate the automation itself  Supporting change implementation, with occasional weekend or out-of-hours work

## Kogo szukamy

Client:  lead international bank   Recruitment process:  2 meetings with hiring managers, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter   Hybrid work:  6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw   Skills:   5+ years administering Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) in production and 3+ years automating infra/app delivery  Experience with CI/CD pipelines  Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)  Hands-on experience with Ansible and Jenkins  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   What's in it for you?
