As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will join an agile team responsible for building and running scalable, reliable and high-performance cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with application and cross-functional IT teams, focusing on automation, stability and smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves solving complex and sometimes ambiguous technical issues, investigating root causes and restoring services efficiently. You will also have space to test new cloud services and tools when they make sense in practice. This position offers exposure to large-scale environments, real production challenges and a culture that values collaboration, ownership and diverse perspectives.

• Support and resolve customer requests across AWS, Azure and GCP internal platforms
• Support project teams with their application deployments
• Troubleshoot Customer project configurations using tools like Terraform, Jenkins etc.
• Ensure compliance with Operational standards (E.g. IAM Roles and permissions, VPC Network configurations, Firewall rules, Logging and Monitoring Alerts)
• Update support and operational documentation as required
• Ensure good change management practice is implemented
• On a rotational on call basis provide out of business hours support as part of our 24 x 7 coverage
