We’re looking for a hybrid Product Owner / Project Manager - someone who understands clients, defines requirements clearly, and can translate business needs into structured, deliverable tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with both the tech team and sales department to scope projects, prepare offers, and make sure delivery runs smoothly from start to finish. Previous technical experience as a developer is a huge advantage!

• Gather and analyze client requirements, define clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and support estimations
• Collaborate with sales, developers, and designers to shape project scopes
• Manage priorities, backlog, and timelines using Jira / Confluence
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams
• Ensure that deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards

• 2+ years of experience as a PO / PM / BA or similar hybrid role
• Experience in software houses or digital product environments
• Experience preparing offers, timelines, estimations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Fluent English (B2+) - both spoken and written

• Technical background (understanding of web/app architecture)
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, Slack, Notion
• Communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
