Profile: Team/ Tech Lead/ Engineering Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager for our Swiss client, a fraud detection company, to lead their product development operations in Poland, reporting directly to the Head of Product Development.

This role balances operational management with cross-departmental collaboration, interfacing closely with Customer Delivery and Product Management. 

• Education: MSc in Computer Science or equivalent 
• Experience: 7+ years in software development, with management experience 
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design 
• Technical Skills: Java, Python, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Containers (docker, k8s), Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) 
• Languages: Fluent English and Polish 
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
