We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to drive our product development operations in Poland, reporting directly to the Head of Product Development. This role balances operational management with cross-departmental collaboration, interfacing closely with Customer Delivery and Product Management. 

• Support and coach the team members through regular One-on-One sessions 
• Oversee performance management, training, and recruitment 
• Oversee the software development of your team and lead technically, remove roadblocks, .. 
• Implement and enforce product development processes 
• Partner with delivery to address project gaps and help with customer issues 
• Participate in architecture committees, contributing to design and specifications 
• Collaborate with SMEs and Product Management to ensure high-quality specifications

Lokalizacja: Warszawa, Centrum (WeWork)/ praca hybrydowa (2 dni w tygodniu w biurze) 

• Education: MSc in Computer Science or equivalent 
• Experience: 7+ years in software development, with management experience 
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design 
• Technical Skills: Java, Python, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Containers (docker, k8s), Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) 
• Languages: Fluent English and Polish 
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
