Flutter Developer - BrainForge IT Software & Consulting

At BrainForge IT Software & Consulting, we build high-impact digital products for clients across FinTech, LegalTech, Entertainment, and eCommerce. For over 10 years, our team of experienced engineers, PMs, and designers has delivered complex web and mobile solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and business value. We’re now expanding our mobile team and looking for a Flutter Developer who wants to jump straight into live projects, work with modern tools, and grow in a product-oriented environment.

What you’ll do

- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for mobile

- Build new features, fix bugs, and optimize app performance

- Collaborate with backend, PM, and design teams in an Agile setup

- Participate in code reviews and propose architecture improvements

- Use best practices in version control, CI/CD, and clean code

- Manage your own workload with autonomy and accountability

What we’re looking for

- 2 years of commercial experience in software development

- Solid understanding of Dart and Flutter

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and good practices in API integration

- Basic understanding of web system architecture

- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows

- Good command of English (B2+) - both spoken and written

- Curated GitHub portfolio

Nice to have (big plus!)

- Familiarity with Node.js, React, Vue, iOS (Swift) or other stacks - every extra skill is a huge advantage

- Understanding of GraphQL, Firebase, or Supabase

- Analytical mindset, clear communication, and problem-solving attitude
