• Lead Discovery & Pre-Sales: Conduct workshops with clients/internal stakeholders, ask probing questions, and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities. 
• AI Opportunity Assessment: Articulate AI-driven solutions, develop business cases, and demonstrate potential ROI. 
• Process Analysis & Modeling: Capture current (“as-is”) processes and design optimized (“to-be”) processes integrating AI and automation components. 
• Requirements Definition: Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to define functional and non-functional requirements, including AI-specific capabilities. 
• AI Use Case Translation: Convert business challenges into AI-driven solutions, such as predictive modeling, recommendation engines, or process automation. 
• Continuous Improvement & Scaling: Monitor KPIs, evaluate outcomes, and recommend enhancements to scale AI-powered solutions across client organizations. 
• Internal BA Practice Development: Share insights, create templates, and elevate business analysis practices in AI-enabled delivery. 

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting. 
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., process mapping, requirements elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria). 
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI and its application to business challenges. 
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals and awareness of AI-driven process optimization. 
• Experience or familiarity with AI in process automation is a plus. 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience; excellent English communication skills.
