You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform while driving critical data quality and data analysis initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to configure Salesforce, support users, ensure clean, accurate data, and empower data-driven decision-making.

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and efficient system access.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, including workflows, flows, validation rules, and fields.
• Conduct data analysis to identify inconsistencies, missing fields, and mapping gaps across key objects.
• Develop and execute data cleanup plans targeting master data, golden records, and priority datasets.
• Use tools like Data Groomer to implement deduplication rules, data quality automation, and ongoing hygiene processes.
• Maintain data accuracy through regular audits, duplicate management, and controlled import/export processes.
• Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users across departments, resolving issues and improving platform usability.
• Build and maintain automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
• Design, create, and maintain reports and dashboards to support analytics and decision-making.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation.

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration (flows, process automation, user roles, permissions).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, gap mapping, and remediation planning.
• Demonstrated success in data quality improvements and deduplication efforts using tools such as Data Groomer.
• Proven ability to design actionable reports and dashboards aligned with business metrics.
• Excellent communication and user support skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like DocuSign, Conga, or other AppExchange products.
