• Oversight of the change plan for data requirements in the assigned Agile team including prioritization of backlogs
• Produce analytical / data asset prototypes and work with stakeholders to define requirements, definitions, and objectives
• Supporting the design and development of data assets, including data analysis and transformation logic
• Applying advanced analytics to portfolio data, especially in data remediation and improving data quality, completeness, and consistency
• Applying business and data design principles, risk management, and technology architecture when interacting with delivery partners
• Acting as ambassadors in ensuring credit data definitions are appropriately documented and applied
• Providing guidance and advice on technology and big data
• Collaborating with various stakeholder groups to ensure the availability and quality of data
• Providing support for troubleshooting and root cause assessment of data issues
• Proactively managing the transition of data assets to production state and ensuring effective embedment

• Leads product management, transformation, and tech initiatives to improve Investigations outcomes, even without direct line authority
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management (systems, infrastructure, cloud), with strong Agile/Scrum expertise in global environments
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams (Analysts, Engineers, DevOps, Business) and influencing change beyond direct reporting lines
• Strong background in Data & Analytics, ideally within financial services; hands-on with SQL and data tools
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven track record in creating product strategies, roadmaps, and driving implementation
• Familiar with cloud, big data, Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), metrics (velocity, burndown), user story mapping and MVP evaluation
