• Development of a comprehensive global training strategy in collaboration with central and local teams.
• Creation of flexible training materials, templates, and guidelines with the ability for local adaptation.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of training through KPIs and feedback, and continuously improving it through iterative refinement.
• Supporting local training teams in adapting and delivering training in line with local needs.
• Development and implementation of a knowledge transfer plan.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading global or multinational training programs.
• Experience in working with both central and local teams within organizational change initiatives.
• Proven track record in implementing HR or Workforce Management systems (e.g., Legion, UKG Pro, or similar).
• Experience in planning knowledge transfer and building internal capabilities to ensure long-term training sustainability.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
