We are looking for a seasoned Kotlin Developer with strong expertise in microservice architecture to join a long-term, domain-driven project focused on evolving a scalable backend platform. The main goal is to support the architectural and technological growth of business applications using a modern tech stack and agile methodologies.

The project includes architectural consulting, designing and implementing microservices and related components, improving CI/CD pipelines, and driving DevOps ownership. You will also play a key role in knowledge sharing and standardization across the development teams.

• Design and evolve a domain-oriented microservice architecture using Kotlin and Spring
• Provide technical and architectural guidance throughout the development process.
• Implement microservices and infrastructure components (interfaces, modules, databases)
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift (Kubernetes)
• Collaborate in Agile and XP environments to build a fully accountable DevOps team
• Promote technology strategy, architectural innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure high automation, system stability, and continuous improvement across architecture and tools.

• 5+ years of experience with Kotlin-based microservice architecture
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with React
• 3+ years of experience in building DevOps teams with full system ownership
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with GitLab CI
• 5+ years of experience with AWS-based microservices architecture
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments and establishing XP practices
• 3+ years of practical experience working with OpenShift infrastructure (Kubernetes)
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
