Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Architect and build robust, scalable backend systems using .NET Core/6/7.
  • Optimize performance for speed and reliability, ensuring security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and payment processing systems.
  • Lead the transition to microservices architecture, designing modular solutions for maintainability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and log system health, proactively detecting and resolving issues.
  • Mentor junior team members through pair programming and code reviews.
  • Write clean, maintainable code, utilizing TDD and unit testing for high-quality software.
  • Collaborate in Agile development teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Product Managers by assessing solution alternatives and providing technical recommendations.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core/6/7, Clean Code principles (TDD, SOLID), and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience working with distributed systems and microservices.
  • Proven track record in building and launching trading platforms or financial systems.
  • Deep understanding of trading system functionalities (order routing, execution, risk management).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services or payment provider integrations is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required.
