• Analyze customer-specific data to generate insights that support business decisions;
• Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver insights and ensure understanding of their full context;
• Present findings in clear, consistent formats (documents, dashboards, summaries);
• Identify and escalate issues related to data quality, tooling, or process inefficiencies;
• Write case studies and internal documentation to share knowledge and best practices;
• Participate in calls with clients when deeper explanation of insights is needed;
• Contribute to the standardization of analytical outputs across the Partner Program;
• Proactively monitor and report on anomalies or inefficiencies in customer operations;
• Have eyes opened and be vocal about potential improvements.

We will provide you with training and you’ll always be able to rely on our product managers and engineers to guide you, but you will also be expected and encouraged to take the initiative yourself to learn and document everything you need to best support our clients.

• You have a basic understanding of the gaming world - you don't have to be the industry expert, but being a games fan will be a solid background in this role;
• You're an analytical thinker and have the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights;
• You have experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as with tools for creating insightful visualisations;
• You understand the domain well or are willing to dive into it. Our results are business-driven, so to support decision-making effectively, you need to understand the business first and then the data;
• You have strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly;
• You're good at statistics: while we do not require sophisticated forecasting and modeling skills, fundamental understanding of statistics is really important in this role;
• You're detail oriented, have strong interpretation and reporting skills, you care about accuracy, spotting data anomalies and process inefficiencies;
• You are proficient in English: both speaking and writing.

• You have understanding of the gaming industry;
• You have previous experience in a similar role in the gaming or related industry;
• You have basic knowledge of PowerBI & Jupyter Notebooks.
