We are now seeking a Project Manager to join our Data Change Centre of Excellence. Project Managers plan, mobilise and drive projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure. They are responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects with multiple workstreams proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, RAIDs, teams, outcomes and benefits.

• Working closely with the Programme Manager and Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment of their project(s) with the wider change portfolio
• Influencing the project approach
• Owning functional management responsibility for 6 resources within the project Enterprise Logical Data Modelling
• Leading change initiative(s), establishing robust project governance
• Partner with Scrum Masters
• Effective project delivery, highlighting, escalating and resolving risks, issues and dependencies and tracking updates.
• Proactively managing baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget demonstrating clear ability to deliver to commitments

• Exceptional understanding of data in particular data modelling is preferable
• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions, in particular Global Banking
• Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large and complex global projects in a change environment is paramount. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Manager role
• Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts, specialising in impactful communication
• Proven delivery of on time and on budget projects
• Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development
• Agile certification(s) advantageous (e.g. SAFe)
• Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint)
