• experience in Java development (Java 8+), including Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data),
• strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles,
• experience in developing RESTful (and optionally SOAP) services,
• proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar),
• hands-on experience with ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate),
• familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI),
• experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban),
• good communication skills and fluency in English (min. B2),
• ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and debug complex systems.
