• Operate and evolve service routing infrastructure (reverse proxies, load balancers, API gateways)
• Manage 3rd party blockchain explorers and nodes in cloud environments
• Maintain shared infrastructure for multiple blockchain platforms and services
• Design automation tools for streamline provisioning, monitoring, and workflows
• Collaborate with ops teams to resolve deployment, performance, and integration issues
• Support observability, logging, and telemetry strategies
• Write clean, maintainable code for tooling, pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and operational improvements

THE ROLE IS REMOTE, HOWEVER, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS LOCATED IN WARSAW, KRAKOW, OR LODZ

As a DevOps Engineer, you will operate and evolve service routing infrastructure, manage 3rd party blockchain explorers and node platforms, and build tools to improve operational efficiency. This role combines infrastructure engineering, automation, and tooling.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and ops teams to ensure reliable traffic flow, efficient node deployment, and empower teams with effective tools.

• Strong Linux and cloud-native background.
• Experience with reverse proxies/load balancers (NGINX, HAProxy, Envoy).
• Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, ALB/NLB, ECS/EKS, IAM).
• Proficient with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Programming/scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Blockchain node infrastructure experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog).
• Proactive problem-solving and end-to-end issue ownership.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Proven collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in remote setup.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
