We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic Software Engineering team. In this key role, you will lead the development and optimization of Salesforce-based applications that support critical business operations. You will take ownership of the technical vision and direction for the project, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and according to best practices.

This role requires a strong technical leader who is comfortable mentoring others, driving architectural decisions, and acting as the go-to expert for Salesforce development. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure the solutions meet both technical and business requirements.

At least 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Salesforce technologies.

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Development Lead, with the ability to guide and mentor teams.

Deep expertise in Apex programming language.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Data Model & Validations.

Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Ability to lead technical discussions, propose innovative solutions, and oversee the full development lifecycle.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Proactive approach to knowledge sharing and staying updated on Salesforce advancements.
