We are looking for a Software Configurator to strengthen our R&D and Delivery teams and take an active role in the definition and the development of our anti-fraud big data software platform, a distributed system, processing streams of data in real-time.

As a Software Configurator, you will be responsible for setting up, customizing, and maintaining software systems to meet specific client or internal requirements. You’ll bridge the gap between software development and implementation, ensuring systems are tailored to meet user needs with precision and reliability.

• Join the team working on big data driven fraud detection platform
• Configure software applications and other distributables based on project requirements and client specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers
• Test and validate configurations to ensure functionality and user satisfaction
• Document configuration procedures
• Provide technical support for configuration-related issues and enhancements
• Assist in software upgrades and system migrations
• Cooperate daily with international teams in Switzerland, Kenya and Singapore
• Work in hybrid mode (3 office days a week) at our office at Krucza 50

• At least 2 years of experience in Software Configurator or similar position
• Fluency in operating data formats and toolset based on XML, yml, json, sql, zip
• Proficiency in Linux/RedHat
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD is a plus
• Kubernetes, Spark, Elasticsearch hands-on experience is a big plus
• Cloud deployment hands-on experience is a plus (GCP)
• Fluent in English
