Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data products, including building and optimizing database solutions on platforms like Databricks, aligned with a data mesh architecture.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and GIT integration for robust database solutions.
  • Oversee data workflows, including SCD updates, snapshot processing, and logging enhancements. • Implement and promote standardized coding practices across the team.
  • Act as a project lead for internal clients, understanding their requirements deeply and delivering data solutions accordingly.
  • Manage project portfolios autonomously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with departments like IT, BI, security, and quality to deliver complete BI solutions. •
  • Design, deploy, and enhance data products in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Document processes related to the data operations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and resolve them in collaboration with the BI team. • Support junior team members through training and mentorship.
  • Provide ongoing support for Tableau solutions, including minor dashboard updates, data model optimization, and performance tuning for internal users.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL development, data architecture, ETL management, and data migration.
  • Strong customer orientation and analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Fluent English communication skills. •
  • Experience in Tableau data preparation or DevOps (preferred but not required).
  • Leadership skills and project management experience are a plus.
