The project focuses on transforming data by cleaning and standardizing it across the company. In this role, you’ll support the business team by fixing industry codes and helping build a new customer and client data database.

• Turn business needs into clear, actionable user stories for developers.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to keep everything aligned with the bigger delivery picture.
• Run workshops and interviews to gather and refine requirements.
• Help define customer journeys and product features that bring real value.
• Partner with Solution Architects and tech teams to dig into the technical side.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and solution design.
• Support the testing phase by organizing, tracking, and following up on results.
• Make sure delivery stays on track across the entire project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
• Be part of growing the Change Management practice and help shape the BA community.

• Background in banking
• Ideally 5 years of experience as Business Analist
• Basic SQL skills — enough to write and run simple scripts
• Comfortable working with Atlassian Confluence
• Skilled in online research (especially using Google) to uncover entity relationships from sources like annual reports
• Confident working with large datasets in Excel for reconciliation and reporting
• Knows their way around pivot tables, charts, and formulas in Excel
• Experience writing process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Solid stakeholder management skills, especially in the context of reference data
• Good understanding of how entities and corporate structures relate to one another
• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally with Scrum teams
