The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst is to understand and decipher the business requirements on assigned projects (sometimes multiple assignments) across a range of Infrastructure Portfolios to a level of detail that they can be developed or deployed against.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document API integration requirements, define scope and align on process flows
• Document technical processes, test cases, and ensure consistency across various areas
• Support gap analysis, data mapping and Target Operating Model (TOM) design
• Write epics and user stories (BDD-style), collaborate with dev/architecture teams on solution refinement
• Assist in migration planning, UAT support and operational design
• Stay hands-on with delivery teams to track progress and provide clarity where needed

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow

• Experience in Infrastructure projects or other large scale complicated projects is essential
• Experience in application hosting, database environments and storage & data protection architectures
• Familiarity with distributed computing environments and directory services
• Experience in development and maintenance of IP address management and network tooling strategies
• Experience in implementation of secure network and firewall configurations
• IT Service Management certification is beneficial
• End2end project lifecycle experience is beneficial
