• Refine and expand design systems, adding new components and maintaining consistency.  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on business needs and UX best practices.  
• Define and manage team work pipelines—setting effort estimates, sprint scopes, and delivery checkpoints.  
• Develop user journey maps, information architecture, and service templates.  
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers; actively contribute and implement design ideas.  
• Drive presales workshops, presenting design vision and shaping feasible project scopes.  
• Ensure design quality through continuous testing and iteration. 

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing, among other things, design systems.  
• Proficient in Figma, and familiar with design tokens and scalable systems.  
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and front-end basics (HTML/CSS).  
• Experience working closely with product teams and comfortable driving design decisions.  
• Proven ability to manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and keep cross-team delivery on track.  
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.  
• Knowledge of business metrics and presales support.  
• Familiarity with UX research methods and service design principles (JTBD, empathy mapping).  
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English  

 Nice to have:   

• Experience with AI projects and simplifying complex concepts for users.  
• Exposure to Salesforce product releases.  
• Experience working across diverse teams beyond just business analysts.
