• Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile developers across both platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness; identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve code organization and automation.
• Stay current with mobile tech trends to keep our apps modern and competitive.
• Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in team productivity.
• Run Scrum ceremonies – daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros, etc.
• Spot and remove obstacles slowing down the team and promote ongoing improvements through feedback and retrospectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, combined with proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Technical Lead
• Strong hands-on expertise in both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) or Android (Java, Kotlin) development environments
• In-depth understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, design patterns, and industry best practices
• Solid experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Proficient in version control using Git
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Comprehensive knowledge of the mobile development lifecycle and a solid foundation in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
