Project Overview: Our client is undergoing a major transformation to optimize its ERP landscape through the ASPIRE program. This multi-year initiative focuses on redefining and developing ERP roadmaps to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes and systems, leveraging industry best practices with a greenfield approach. The ASPIRE program is a rethinking of the company's backbone, not just a system reimplementation.

Role Overview: As an IT Business Analyst and the lead for the PT Analytics & Reporting (A&R) stream, you will play a key role in shaping the future of analytics and reporting for the organization. You will join a multicultural, dynamic, and innovative A&R team based in Kaiseraugst, responsible for delivering reporting and analytical solutions worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the company's technical operations, supporting the design, build, and implementation of solutions across various global teams.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on Analytics & Reporting in an SAP environment.
• In-depth knowledge of A&R for Manufacturing, QM, Compliance, Assets, and MDG, with hands-on expertise in SAP tools (S/4 HANA, SAC, BW/4, BW Cloud, HANA Native).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, global systems, and operational business setups (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Familiarity with GXP requirements and regulations.
• Strong adaptability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently and manage hands-on tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholder and senior management engagement.
• Expertise in SAP ERP/BW implementations, migrations, and rollouts in a global environment (preferably S/4 HANA and BW/4).
• Knowledge of SNOWFLAKE and AWS S3 is desirable.
• Good understanding of data regulations, accuracy, and latency.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML, data products, Data Mesh, or Data Fabric is a plus.
