We're building data analytics ecosystem designed to turn data into actionable business insights and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The legacy Sales and Marketing System —a CRM mainframe solution—is being retired this year. It will be replaced by modern platforms, one of which is Pega CDH, the future home for campaign management and delivery channels.

• Act as a mediator between development teams and product owners
• Support release planning, project tracking and progress monitoring
• Identify and remove roadblocks for the team
• Help shape product visions, write or split user stories and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner
• Manage risks and issues
• Communicate project status, challenges and solutions
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, driving delivery and championing Agile best practices
• Estimate and prioritize tasks and user stories
• Promote continuous improvement, Agile values and team self-organization
• Coordinate sprint and release planning with other Agile teams

• 7+ years in project management (systems, infrastructure, cloud design & operations)
• 7+ years working in Agile/SCRUM in global environments
• Background in Computer Science / Engineering / Business
• Experience in Data & Analytics, preferably in financial services
• Strong track record in risk management and problem-solving
• Led multidisciplinary teams (Analysts, Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Business)
• Strong servant leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Understanding of big data & cloud technologies
• Familiarity with data tools (e.g. SQL) and business analysis
• Skilled in Agile practices: MVP definition, story point sizing, user story mapping
• Proficient in Agile metrics (velocity, burn downs etc.)
