• Lead a team and be responsible for achieving shared project goals
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of technology products — from concept, requirements gathering, and specification through implementation and release
• Collaborate with Product Managers and scrum teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget
• Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
• Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement, focusing on cost-effective and scalable solutions
• Support product deployment, user training, and post-release activities, including maintenance and upgrades

• Must have at least 7-9 years of experience
• Proven leadership ability
• Advanced computer software skills
• Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• CSM
