💻Workload: Full-time.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within Advania ticket system
• Windows Devices, Mobile Device Management and MAC OS
• Maintenance and lifecycle management for Devices in Intune and SCCM
• Development of existing customer services according to Advania Service Catalog
• Project & changes: Involved in smaller projects towards customers, including implementation of new features and services
• Maintain and develop documentation on customer solutions.
