Working in Mobile Platform teams includes developing new mobile apps and online experiences; using digital messaging to enhance our customer relationships; building and improving the underlying technology and security platforms; and innovating our propositions to compete effectively in a mobile, data-driven world. You will be part of a cross-functional team growing our digital capabilities, driving innovation, delivering products in ever-shortening cycles and helping to drive the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling and engineering practices.

What will you do:

• Creating and developing mobile applications in Kotlin using Jetpack Compose
• Designing and implementing solutions based on design patterns MVP, MVVM
• Integrating applications with network services using Retrofit
• Managing dependencies using tools like Koin, Dagger, Hilt
• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Recruitment process: two meetings with hiring managers, followed by a phone screening with our recruiter

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience building Android apps in Kotlin
• Strong grasp of the Android framework and modern app architecture
• Uses Coroutines and Flow daily for smooth async operations
• Builds modular apps with tools like Koin and Dagger
• Familiar with MVP, MVVM and Clean Architecture approaches
• Confident using Jetpack Compose for sleek, modern UIs
• Solid understanding of ViewModel, LiveData and Android Lifecycle
• Writes clean, tested code using JUnit, Espresso and Mockito
• Comfortable with Git, pull requests and team code reviews
• Has worked with CI/CD tools and knows how to keep pipelines running smoothly
• Open-minded team player – shares knowledge, gives feedback and enjoys retrospectives
• Experienced working in distributed teams with good remote communication skills
