Czym będziesz się zajmować?
We are currently supporting a leading international client in building an advanced, cloud-based contact center platform using AWS Connect and AI/ML technologies. We are looking for experienced professionals to join an innovative project aimed at revolutionizing customer communication in a secure and scalable AWS environment.
Develop and maintain AWS Connect contact flows
Integrate with Lex and other conversational AI tools
Automate infrastructure using Terraform
Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams
Design and implement NLP and speech recognition features using AWS tools
Support integration with AWS Connect
Optimize performance of AI/ML services in production environments
Develop call routing and queuing logic in Amazon Connect
Integrate IVR/VoIP systems
Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform
Kogo poszukujemy?
Proven experience with AWS cloud services and Terraform
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
Knowledge of contact flows, Lex, and QinConnect
Experience with AWS NLP and speech services (e.g., Amazon Transcribe, Comprehend)
Strong background in AI/ML within the AWS ecosystem
Familiarity with Terraform and AWS Connect is a plus
Practical experience with AWS Connect
Knowledge of IVR/VoIP systems
Experience with call routing, queue management, and Terraform
Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture design
Expertise in AWS Connect, IVR, VoIP
Familiarity with AWS NLP/AI/ML tools
DevOps experience (both organizational and tooling aspects)
