We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join a large-scale Finance Management System (FMS) transformation program for a leading global retailer. This transformation is a critical initiative, and there is a strong need to reinforce Test Leadership capabilities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across project phases.

In this role, you will focus on End-to-End Business Process Testing, a key component of every release cycle. You will work closely with Capability Teams and Co-Creation teams to coordinate, support, and secure test execution aligned with business requirements.

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate all End-to-End testing activities for the FMS transformation.
• Collaborate with Capability and Co-Creation teams to ensure business flows are accurately reflected per release.
• Secure test execution resources from Capability Teams.
• Manage and source relevant test data for End-to-End execution.
• Support critical Extended Business Validation efforts, acting as a facilitator for both the Co-Creation team and business stakeholders.
• Identify End-to-End Business Flows that can be automated.
• Contribute to the test automation strategy to enable long-term regression testing capabilities.

• Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Helsingborg (Sweden) or Amsterdam (Netherlands).

• 15+ years of experience in Test Management and Change Management.
• Deep expertise in aligning technical requirements with business flows.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, especially in large, complex organizations.
• Hands-on experience with End-to-End testing in large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong capability in test methodology coaching and implementing best practices in quality assurance.
• Solid understanding of transactional systems with extensive integrations and services.
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks in large enterprise environments.
