We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team, playing a critical role in shaping data-driven sustainability initiatives across Product Supply, Quality, and IT.

You’ll be a technical leader and hands-on contributor—helping define best practices, ensuring data integrity, and bringing continuous improvement to data workflows.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable data delivery
• Leverage Databricks to build high-performance data solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the platform
• Establish best practices for version control using Git
• Collaborate with the PS Sustainability team to translate business needs into actionable data insights
• Stay current with trends in data engineering and sustainability tech
• Contribute to a collaborative, agile working culture with shared ownership of product success

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows
• Proven expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong skills in Databricks and its ecosystem
• Solid understanding of modern data warehousing principles
• Experience working in agile environments and supporting digital transformations
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring others and leading by example within your domain
• Fluent in English

Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Microsoft Fabric, particularly Power BI
• No-code/low-code tools like Alteryx

The role is based in Poland with remote work in a global setting, including a 2-week onboarding in Copenhagen and occasional travel—twice yearly to Copenhagen and 2–3 short trips within Poland.
