• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and testable user stories and system requirements.s
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring technical alignment
• Participate in demos, walkthroughs, and feedback sessions with business stakeholders.
• Support testing teams by helping define test strategy, scope, and test scenarios
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Play a key role in Agile teams (PODs), including acting as a proxy Product Owner when needed.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate smooth project execution across global teams.

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in business and systems analysis
• Experience in Corporate Internet Banking, Payments, or Corporate Channels domain
• Strong knowledge of banking payment systems (e.g., SEPA, NACHA, RTP)
• Understanding of data exchange standards such as XML, ISO 20022, SWIFT
• Practical experience working in Agile methodologies, including user story creation and estimation
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Visio, and familiarity with BDD concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and within distributed international teams
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of low-value and file-based payments processing systems
• Familiarity with data transfer protocols such as Connect: Direct, FTPS, SFTP
• Experience in story slicing, story point estimation, and Agile ceremonies
• Technical background or ability to perform system analysis and support development teams
• Experience supporting functional testing or working closely with QA teams
