• Design, develop, and debug moderately complex software solutions.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications with a focus on stability and performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand business needs and resolve software issues.
• Respond to client feedback and provide improvements to enhance software quality.
• Contribute to technical documentation and assist in prototype development.
• Build and optimize applications using modern Java EE technologies and frameworks.

• 2–4 years of experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Java EE technologies.
• Solid experience with Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with XML and relational databases (Oracle, SQL).
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with build tools like Ant, Maven, or Gradle.
• Exposure to Apache Camel and/or ServiceMix.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Knowledge of JMS, JBoss, JMX, and Drools.
• Understanding of TDD and unit testing (JUnit or similar).
