• Mentor less Experienced Engineers
• Identify and define technical and product requirements, design development processes (CI/CD) and standards (e.g. for code quality).
• Lead and support engineering processes in terms of technology screening, architecture design decisions and actual implementation.

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering (including Backend and Frontend)
• You have a hands-on mentality towards not only technical but also organisational challenges.
• You are a native speaker of TypeScript and Angular.
• You have experience with modern SCM, Build & Release Tools (Git, CI, Docker, etc.)
• You have practical experience with agile development frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and tools like JIRA Confluence.
• You have excellent English communication and relationship-building skills

• Conversational German skills
• Experience in the automotive industry
