Czym będziesz się zajmować?
We are currently seeking an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to join a critical project within the banking sector.
As the systems become increasingly business-critical, there is a need to extend the support coverage with a 24/7 on-call service. The goal is to ensure rapid incident resolution and continuous improvement of services.
This is a hybrid role, with approximately 75% remote work and the option to work onsite from offices located in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia or Łódź.
Key resposibilities:- Access to developers, that can support the existing team by being on-call outside normal business hours, to resolve eventual incidents, where it is required to initiate resolution work within one hour.
- Function as a single point of contact for Level 2 support, to contact if an incident can't be resolved by L2
- Basic reporting on how services is being conducted
- When an incident occur:
- Basic resolution effort together with company Level 2
- Bug Discovery
- Code resolution
- If needed involvement of Nordea developers to support
- Promoting for test efforts
- Managing dialogue with company application management and quality teams
- A partner that would identify and suggest improvements
Kogo poszukujemy?
Required Competencies:- Solid experience as a Java Developer
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Kafka
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Proficient with IntelliJ and Bitbucket
- Knowledge of RocksDB
- Familiarity with CCM and ADS applications/APIs is a strong advantage
