PROJECT

Support Hub is a suite of self-service products designed to help users find solutions before contacting support. This includes tools like support pages and knowledge articles. We are looking for a Product Owner who will guide the vision, roadmap, and requirements, ensuring the best user experience and business value.

YOU WILL
  • Define and manage the Product Backlog and Product Roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Development Team and Business Stakeholders
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
  • Define and monitor KPIs for the product
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics and monitoring tools
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback

Kogo poszukujemy?

MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in Agile software development
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Focus on delivering business value
  • Ability to empathize with customer needs
  • Experience in leading software projects
  • Proactive attitude, able to take initiative
  • Fluent English (collaboration with the USA team)
NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous Business Analyst experience
  • Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO)
  • Familiarity with user story mapping, impact mapping, evidence-based management
