PMO will be responsible for coordinating and tracking a set of Audio-Visual (AV) projects both pre-planned projects and new operational initiatives. Oversee coordination from start to finish with a focus on:

  • Gather data and define project scope across global markets
  • Track orders with international suppliers, managing the quotation and approval process
  • Oversee the order process and data management
  • Maintain and quality assure data in Clarity PPM (milestones, risks, reports)
  • Organize governance meetings, including senior-level Steering Committees
What will you do:
  • Track AV project scope and orders, ensuring smooth progress through all stages
  • Verify third-party quotes for accuracy
  • Manage approval requests for orders and purchase requisitions, following up as needed
  • Maintain and update project data in Clarity, ensuring accuracy and timely entries
  • Prepare and distribute materials for governance meetings
  • Compile and share regular project updates with stakeholders
  • Work with supplier PMO teams to track dependencies, identify issues and support resolution

Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills:
  • Self-sufficient, well-organized, and skilled in PMO fundamentals, including milestone management and RAID accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze trends and propose solutions
  • Experience working with suppliers on data quality and order management within complex systems
  • Capable of identifying delivery risks and ensuring reporting accuracy
  • Effective communicator, able to engage with colleagues and suppliers at all levels
  • IT PMO experience, including managing multiple suppliers and high-level reporting (steerco packs, PMO deliverables)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Awareness of cultural differences in project delivery
  • PMO certification preferred
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
