As a Solution Engineer, you will be the technical expert supporting the Sales and Implementation teams. Your main goal is to showcase the value of the enterprise billing solution through tailored product demonstrations and technical discussions.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure smooth system integrations. This role involves problem-solving, collaboration with internal teams, and managing multiple projects, with some travel required to customer locations.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience in a technical sales or customer-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, or Technical Support in a SaaS environment).
• Proficiency in demonstrating complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in billing, revenue management, accounting, or finance applications.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand complex software and articulate solutions.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish (Italian and Portuguese are a plus).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
