As a Software Developer for Embedded Systems, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining automotive user experience solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery for cutting-edge vehicles.

• Develop embedded software solutions from initial concept through to production implementation.
• Troubleshoot software issues, perform root cause analysis and optimize system performance.
• Modify and adapt existing software for error correction, hardware porting, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality software products.
• Work within an agile development environment, following the best software design methodologies.

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software development
• Extensive experience in C++/C development for embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with Linux kernel is preferred, QNX, Android, OTA architecture and toolchain is a plus
• Ability to deliver SW tests & tools in Python and continuously improve CI/CD workflows
• Experience with software design methodologies and the latest software quality standards
• Experience with agile software development process
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure
• Good English knowledge
• Ability to travel to customer sites in Germany (1-2 weeks per quarter)

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, System-on-a-Chip (SoC), ARM processors, and peripheral handling (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, etc.)
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and automotive networks (CAN, SOME/IP)
• Awareness of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive SPICE
