We’re hiring a PMO Analyst to support the Head of CTO Change Portfolio Management and collaborate with CTO Transformation and Change Leads. In this role, you’ll help deliver strategic portfolio outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, technology roadmaps, and vendor strategies. You’ll develop and own business cases, validate benefits, and respond swiftly to emerging opportunities. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you’ll provide clear, data-driven recommendations and keep senior leaders informed on portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies. You’ll manage and monitor portfolio performance, ensuring adherence to company frameworks and long-term business strategy. Additionally, you’ll coordinate annual planning activities and prepare high-quality reports and updates. • Very good understanding of Portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills – Proven experience of exposure to Senior stakeholders is critical.
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and platforms and fintech.
• Strong understanding and experience of financial planning processes including forecasting, management of variances and common project accounting principles (e.g. cash, directs and P&L accounting)
• Critical thinking and pro-active problem-solving skills, able to work to under pressure to challenging timescales and deliver at pace.
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to engage and bring different teams together.
• Very good time management skills and ability to work under challenging timescales to deliver at pace.
