Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

Ensuring that the product is both functional, technically sound and in line with agreed standards,

Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements, including not only strategy and business needs but also technical aspects of the product, such as system architecture, APIs and infrastructue

Identifying solutions based on proven best practices or new approaches, in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT architects / Tech Leads,

Creating a product development roadmap,

Managing development team, budget and relationships with our clients and innal stakeholders,

Mracking and monitoring the product progress at each stage of the development,

Representing the team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.

Propagating the vision of the product within the development team.

Technical Product Owner

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the team builds solutions that meet customer and stakeholder requirements. Your both business and technical skills must be outstanding. We emphasize the requirement of excellence and experience in the area of AI and highest level of digital literacy of our future Technical PO since he/she must understand the underlying technical challenges thoroughly while communicating with the development team and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years professional experience focusing on both business and technical aspects of IT products
• A good level of understanding of IT concepts (e.g., REST APIs, databases, using cloud resources and services, event-based communication), as well as the overall software development process and systems architecture (microservices, monoliths, etc.)
• A strong technical background and experience in software development, system architecture or technical project management, with a solid understanding of how complex technical systems function
• Understand the process of application release management
• Experience in SCRUM
• Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps
• English C1
• Day-to day cooperation with clients and the team in an international environment
