Business Analysts are responsible for researching operations and business processes with a view to providing recommendations supported by informative analysis. They then ensure their backlog of requirements and analysis feed into Projects and Programs successfully.

• Working closely with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of their deliveries
• Leading requirements elicitation (via workshops, interviews, shadowing etc.) and documentation (via business requirements and catalogues)
• Enabling production of customer journeys and product functionality in order to produce valuable recommendations
• Close liaison with Solution Architects and IT partners to support technical analysis
• Supporting the design phase including the translation of business requirements / user stories to solution design with both technology and business teams
• Providing testing support (co-ordinating and tracking outcomes)
• Assuring delivery through the entire project lifecycle from collation of user requirements through to deployment
• Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships across different markets
• Contributes to the Change Management practice

• Exceptional understanding of Data controls is very desirable 
• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions
• Strong process analysis & mapping skills with proven success within large and complex global projects in a change environment is paramount. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role
• Strong MS Excel skillset / experience, including understanding of standard formulas including Vertical & Horizontal Lookups, IF statements, and also pivot tables / charts
• In depth experience of using tools including Confluence, JIRA, Visio and SharePoint
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development
• Agile certification(s) advantageous (e.g. SAFe)
