The Client is HR software for businesses that streamlines work, operates independently, and is intuitive. It enables intelligent automation of business processes such as planning and human resource management, payroll, and financial reporting. Revival of the 2022 project.

For the team, we need an architect whose responsibilities will be divided into 30% .NET and 70% React. By definition, an architect is responsible for the overall solution, so they should have full-stack competencies. However, in this project, backend involvement is significantly limited, and most solutions will be designed at the interface level, hence the emphasis on frontend skills.

We are looking for someone who, above all, has diverse experience, is not afraid of new solutions, has knowledge of current tools and technologies to foresee the consequences of adopted solutions, is unafraid to take responsibility for decisions, and can justify them effectively.

At least, 3 years of experience in: React.js, Redux, RxJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript oraz GIT, .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET Core, C#, Oracle, SQL oraz PL/SQL.

Technical Skills in React and Frontend Architecture:

• Deep Expertise in React: Advanced understanding of React fundamentals, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management. Able to apply React principles in building robust, modular, and reusable components.
• Frontend Architecture Experience: Proven experience as a frontend architect, specifically in designing and maintaining a scalable frontend architecture that can be adopted by multiple teams and projects.
• Component Library Design: Experience in designing a standardized library of components for broader use within a development team, ensuring consistency, performance, and adaptability across applications.
• UI/UX Design Fundamentals: Ability to collaborate with design teams to ensure components meet UI/UX standards, translating designs into components that are both accessible and visually consistent.
• Performance Optimization-Debugging and Optimization: Expert skills in identifying and addressing performance issues on the frontend, including JavaScript bottlenecks, React rendering issues, and network or resource load challenges.
• Optimization Techniques: Familiar with lazy loading, code splitting, memorization, and other techniques to optimize React applications for both speed and resource efficiency.
