IT Project Managers are accountable for successful delivery of Technology projects and ensuring benefits realization. There are several smaller projects related to software upgrades. You will work with few projects in the same time (not all from the pipeline):

• Digitalization and setup of Guarantees with Governmental institution
• Upgrade of IBM MQ infrastructure in relation regulatory reporting systems
• Introduction of new logic relating to Tax Reporting
• Modernization and improvements of a local critical system that runs on SQL Server

• Lead projects and teams successfully
• Manage the portfolio in the budget planning tool
• Host meetings, prepare minutes and periodic updates
• Present projects to Steerco with full end-to-end visibility
• Define infrastructure goals and project delivery
• Manage milestones
• Forecast and track spend within budget
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Maintain Jira updates and clear project documentation
• Evaluate plan variance and project performance
• Lead working groups and oversee results
