The ASPIRE Program is a transformative multi-year initiative dedicated to enhancing and simplifying business processes through the development of the SAP S/4 HANA Global Template. Our mission is to leverage best practices to standardize and automate our systems and processes.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will:

• Collaborate with architects across various Informatics Organizations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align solutions with Roche standards, guidelines, and roadmaps.
• Ensure cohesive and strategic development of ERP systems.

Required Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

• Mastery as a Solution Architect in SAP ERP Solutions. Strong background in SAP ERP architecture across modules and integration with surrounding business applications (e.g CRM, Manufacturing Execution System, etc)
• Extensive experience in at least two SAP S/4HANA ERP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM) 

Architectural Skills:

• Preferred: Strong background in enterprise architecture, including the design and implementation of comprehensive ERP systems.
• Acceptable: Significant experience in solution architecture for large-scale solutions, demonstrating solid technical and architectural proficiency relevant to the industry.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with S/4 Basis, BTP, Fiori UX, middleware, integration (SAP CPI / Mulesoft), and master data.
• Proficient in creating architectural runways and managing architectural governance.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Management Frameworks and Tools such as TOGAF and LeanIX.
