What You’ll Do:
  • Contribute to the development, iteration, and management of multiple mobile applications,
  • Develop and release new features quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to meet product objectives.
  • Share ideas and influence the product roadmap.
  • Lead decisions on architecture and technology to deliver a seamless, world-class user experience.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance the user experience and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Kogo poszukujemy?

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience managing large, well-structured codebases
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Javascript. This role is primarly focused on the Backend side (50-70%) but you should also be proficient with Javascript/React
  • Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage
  • Familiarity with mobile app development and the release processes for the App Store and Google Play is a bonus
