Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Working as a Business Development Manager, you will:- Actively identify and secure new business opportunities in IT outsourcing: nearshoring, onshoring, and offshoring services, as well as It consulting or custom software development.
- Deeply understand the unique outsourcing needs and value propositions for each client, customizing solutions to their specific requirements.
- Develop and present compelling, tailored commercial proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our IT services.
- Strategically implement and execute business development plans to expand our cooperation and partnerships in the IT sector.
- Skillfully negotiate terms of cooperation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and contracts with clients.
- Build and nurture long-term, value-driven relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering solutions that enhance their business operations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed designated sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and revenue objectives.
- Drive the expansion of the company's international presence, focusing on key markets such as the USA, Canada, the Middle East, and Western Europe, with a keen understanding of the diverse business cultures and practices in these regions.

Qualifications- min. 1 year of professional experience in B2B sales, in the IT industry, with a focus on outsourcing: nearshoring, onshoring, and offshoring, as well as IT Consulting and Custom Software Development.
- A solid understanding of the latest trends in the IT market, such as the development of AI or related technologies.
- Knowledge of the basic processes of commercial transactions and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in English (minimum level B2/C1).
- Strong communication skills and ease in establishing business relationships.
- Skilled negotiation abilities with a creative and dynamic approach to sales.
- Strong commitment to achieving set goals and driving business growth in both local and international markets.
- Rate up to 12 000 PLN/month net + VAT & bonuses
- Remote work
- Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł
